As a Community Interest Company (CIC), established in 2021 we operates on a not-for-dividend basis. All our funds are reinvested in our work to radically improve the employment prospects of neurodivergent individuals in insurance and investment.
As a majority neurodivergent-led organisation, we serve as an industry-specific community hub, uniquely positioned to promote neuroinclusive practices that reflect both commercial priorities and wider societal needs. We are committed to creating meaningful pathways to employment and progression, where neurodivergent people feel they belong, are respected, and can thrive.

The advancement of equality and diversity
GAIN champions equality and diversity by advocating for the rights of neurodivergent people in workplaces and society. Our initiatives directly promote inclusion, tackle discrimination, and build understanding, advancing neurodivergent individuals’ rights and dignity at work, We also contribute to the wider societal agenda through public affairs with government, professional bodies, trade associations and other charities.

As an entity, GAIN is a community hub created and led by neurodivergent individuals and the insurance & investment industry. We bring together neurodivergent people, allies, and organisations to build neuroinclusive workplaces rooted in respect and mutual support. This unlocks the benefits neurodivergent individuals bring as different thinkers and enables active participation from neurodivergent individuals who find work where they belong and thrive.

GAIN delivers tailored training for employers, runs webinars, creates accessible educational materials, and supports research into neurodiversity. This focus on knowledge-sharing empowers individuals and organisations to better understand neurodiversity, adapt environments, and embrace neuroinclusive practices, driving educational advancement across the industry.
