About The Award
Are you an organisation committed to neuroinclusion and embedding it meaningfully into your culture, systems, and everyday operations. This award celebrates organisations that demonstrate measurable progress, transparent learning, and sustainable action.
Submissions Are Now Open
Applications open to Insurance and Investment Companies
Deadline 12 July 2026
Award Criteria
Neuroinclusion is a strategic capability: it strengthens decision‑making, improves risk management, enhances innovation, and creates workplaces where all minds can thrive. The strongest submissions will show how neuroinclusion is becoming part of the organisation’s DNA, aligned with the values espoused by GAIN and grounded in practical, repeatable, and scalable approaches.
We are not looking for polished narratives or future aspirations. We are looking for evidence of real change in areas like hiring, workplace design, leadership behaviours, psychological safety, and the lived experience of neurodivergent colleagues.
Entries must meet at least one of the following criteria.
Leadership Commitment
& Organisational Intent
Practical Implementation & Everyday Experience
How neuroinclusion is understood, prioritised, and championed at leadership level.
Judges will look for:
-
Clear articulation of why neuroinclusion matters to the organisation.
-
Evidence of leadership ownership (not just HR or DEI).
-
How intent has translated into decisions, priorities, or investment
What the organisation has actually done to make work more neuroinclusive.
Judges will look for:
-
Concrete examples of changes to processes, systems, environments, or behaviours.
-
Evidence of how these changes are embedded, i.e. not pilots or one‑offs.
-
How neurodivergent colleagues’ lived experience has informed these changes.
-
How your practices are aligned with Neurodiversity workplace inclusion policies/ principles e.g. clarity, predictability, accessibility etc.
Workforce Capability & Confidence
How the organisation builds understanding, confidence, and capability across teams.
Judges will look for:
-
Approaches to manager capability building (training, coaching, tools).

How teams are supported to work inclusively.
