As part of our commitment to helping drive neuroinclusive transformation through the insurance, investment and related financial services industries, we are delighted to announce the launch of two mentorship scheme pilots.
These pilots are open exclusively to employees of GAIN corporate member companies, although we are currently in the process of designing a mentorship pilot that will suit our individual members as well.
Registrations are open now until end July. You can access full documentation and details of the pilots, as well as links to the registration forms, by logging in and visiting the corporate member resources page here.
As this is a pilot, we will be running this on a relatively small scale, so will be selective about pairings. If you aren't selected for the pilot, this doesn't mean you don't qualify! It just means competition was high and we ran out of spaces. Successful applicants will be contacted and paired-up through August, with the pilot running for 6 months from 1st September.
Please take a look at the slide deck below to learn more!
We are running two mentorship scheme pilots.
Neurodivergent Reverse Mentoring

Once you've read the outline, you can apply for the pilot scheme using the form link at the corporate hub page for reverse mentoring.
Cross-Company Peer Mentoring
A peer mentoring scheme pairing individuals from our corporate member companies who have experience and knowledge of neurodiversity initiatives, to help companies learn from each other and create open avenues for dialogue and industry transformation.
Once you've read the outline, you can apply for the pilot scheme using the form link at the corporate hub page for peer mentoring.
