GAIN's theme for November, and our final theme month for 2023, is Rising Neurodivergent Talent. As usual, we're running events for both our individual and corporate members. For the first time, GAIN's Bea Richardson will moderate the discussion with our speakers.

We'll release articles over the next week introducing you to all our guest speakers for the events, but today, please meet Bea Richardson.

In 2021, Bea found that they related heavily with traits of ADHD and began researching more. They are currently on the waiting list for an assessment and have spent the meantime getting to know themselves through a neurodivergent lens, and identifying the strengths that a different way of thinking gives. They have worked for GAIN since May 2023, and are very enthusiastic to make a difference for fellow neurodivergent workers within the insurance and financial sectors. With a background in the charity sector, Bea has a deep personal understanding of how acceptance and celebration of diversity can benefit and improve modern society. In the upper age limit of Gen-Z; Bea is excited and proud to see the dynamic, positive changes their generation can make; particularly around diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace and beyond.

Rising Neurodivergent Talent: An Individual Member Event takes place virtually on Tuesday 14th November at 12:30, via Teams.

You can register for this event, and for GAIN individual membership, using this form.

Rising Neurodivergent Talent: A Corporate Member Event takes place in-person at the Swiss Re offices, London, on Tuesday 28th November at 17:30.
