Welcoming Clare Dare as GAIN's Partnerships Ambassador

GAIN is delighted to welcome Clare Dare as our new Partnerships Ambassador, bringing with her more than 23 years' experience in employee benefits and a genuine passion for helping organisations create more neuroinclusive workplaces.

Throughout her career, Clare has worked closely with employers to improve employee wellbeing and support. Her extensive experience, combined with her personal understanding of neurodiversity, makes her a valuable addition to the GAIN team as we continue to support employers across the insurance, investment and wider financial services sectors.

Clare's passion for neuroinclusion stems not only from her professional background but also from her own family. Following her daughter's diagnosis of dyslexia and dyspraxia, Clare gained first-hand insight into the challenges many neurodivergent people experience when navigating education and employment. This inspired her to use her expertise to help organisations better understand how they can create environments where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

"I'm incredibly proud to be joining GAIN at such an exciting time. Every employer wants their people to succeed, and by sharing knowledge, learning from one another and working together, we can help create workplaces where neurodivergent talent is recognised, supported and able to flourish. I'm looking forward to helping more organisations on that journey." Clare Dare, GAIN Partnerships Ambassador

As Partnerships Ambassador, Clare will work closely with both existing and prospective corporate partners, helping organisations make the most of GAIN's growing community, resources and expertise. By connecting employers, sharing good practice and encouraging collaboration, Clare will help organisations build confidence in their neuroinclusion journey and create lasting, meaningful change.

Please join us in giving Clare a very warm welcome to the GAIN team.
